I am a French student who is spending 20 days in England. I want to teach French during my stay to anyon who wants to learn this language.
I usually use an "action oriented approach". This approach to language acquisition views communication as a social activity designed to accomplish specific tasks.
Thats is why I consider language learners as social agents or actors who have tasks to accomplish in a given set of circumstances in a specific environment and within a particular field of action.
I have given maths lessons to French students as well as French lessons to English students in France who wanted to improve their oral expression.
Thanks to those lessons, my students could speak a more fluent french than when they arrived.
