- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach French as a foreign language. I have 12 years of experience in preparing students for exams (GCSE, DELF/DALF, SORBONNE and University exams) with an outstanding rate of success. I have attended a series of high quality seminars on different learning styles and I am keen and able to adapt lessons to the students’ needs and targets. I can also use dyslexia friendly approaches. I am committed to seeing a pupil through exams and I use a variety of resources and a wide range of activities. All lessons are conducted in French. The students are encouraged to use French as much as possible and to enjoy learning by discovering more about France through cultural and social issues. Lessons are focused on the four basic skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing according to the students’ personal and/or professional objectives. Lessons are supported by grammar activities in order to build strong foundations. In addition, a very high level of feedback is provided. Exclusive attention enable you to make quick progress and to feel confident to understand, speak and write French. I also teach French through arts, appealing to everybody interested to focus on music, theatre, cinema or gastronomy. Business language training is designated for those who want better employment opportunities by taking a professional exam.

I am a highly trained Qualified French Language Teacher (UK-QTS). I have a Master Degree in Comparative Literature and a Degree of Teaching French as a Foreign Language (University Paris IV- Sorbonne). In addition, I have attended a number of seminars on various pedagogical issues.

I offer an introductory, free of charge meeting to discuss your learning needs and objectives. Lessons cost: - Beginners and intermediate level £25/h - Exams preparation £30/h - Cultural and professional French £30/h
- Where do you teach?
The location of lessons is negotiable but usually take place in a location that is mutually convenient such as a quiet café or a library nearby your home or office.
- When are you available?
You can choose the time of the day that is more convenient for you. Lessons can be taken Monday to Friday during the day and evening or on Saturday during the day.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach all ages and at all levels.

I have experience of teaching French as a foreign language in primary schools (KS2- year 5 and 6) and in private language schools (1 to 1 tuition for adults and group lessons for KS3 and KS4 students).

Yes, I have an enhanced CRB check issued one and a half years ago.
