Methodology
My teaching method is so simple...Explain ingredients, show method and final exam. You'll learn how to cook within a professional italian chef with few steps. Easy to do, easy to remember. Only fast cooking receipe in a clean & safe environment.
Experience
Hi, my name is Francesco. I graduated as a chef in 2004 in Italy and I have also H.A.C.C.P. Diploma (2002) plus all Hygiene & Safety Certificates in Scotland from 2016. I'm actually running a Pizza Shop in Merchiston-Edinburgh and so I'm available for private or group lessons at my premises. I offer Real Italian Cuisine & Pizza Making course on students request.
