I specialise in Women’s Health and Fitness but I train both man and women.
If training online or in the gym doesn’t suit you, then we can always arrange to meet in either a park, garden or in the comfort of your own home for your 1-2-1 session or buddy training.
I offer a free consultation or I can organise a quick pop into my Gym facilities and discuss your goals and how I can help you achieving those.

Anna is one of the best personal coach. she is very honest and passionate about her role.
