I thoroughly enjoy my Spanish lessons with Charlotte. She teaches in a practical and patient manner. The lessons are fun and I find she breaks down the lessons into manageable pieces. Charlie was my teacher for GCSE French where I achieved a grade 7. When we first started together I didn’t enjoy languages and struggled with my confidence immensely, but throughout our time together it became a subject I was passionate about and excelled in.

Charlotte taught me French for my GCSE in 2020, and with her help I managed to achieve a grade 7, something I previously would never have expected to reach!

Charlie has taught our son French from year 8 up until year 11.
He is now displaying a very keen interest in the subject and wishes to pursue this in his further educational studies. We are naturally extremely pleased to witness these ambitions.
It is evident to us that this is because he finds Charlie’s teaching methods to be influential, enthusiastic and persuasive.
In our son’s words, she is fun, not boring, positive, and explains the subject in a way that engages with the students. He says that lessons are more interactive, varied and not just about writing things down on a sheet of paper!
It is perhaps possible that our son would have enjoyed the subject had Charlie not been his teacher, however we are convinced that her teaching methods have enabled our son to obtain the most he can from the subject and we hope this continues.
