I offer self defence and fitness training to students of all ages and abilities, either in groups or on a one to one basis. My aim is for each and every student to leave my sessions with their head held high and their shoulders back, feeling confident.
I have been training in various martial arts and self defence for around fourteen years. I have been teaching them for the past five years and I have taught students from three years old to sixty years old. I had one student with nystagmus (an eye condition) who was quite overweight and struggled with his movement but after dedicated training for six months, he could kick a punch bag and skip around the gym!
