About Stefan
I am Dr Stefan Kolimechkov, British Gymnastics Champion (over the age of 30), 3 x London Gymnastics Champion, fully insured and qualified gymnastics coach, registered personal trainer, CIMSPA chartered, Fellow of the European College of Sports Science, and I am the director of the Kensington & Chelsea Gymnastics Academy Ltd in London. I provide gymnastics lessons for children and adults in London in the Kensington Studio and in the comfort of clients' homes. You can find more information on our website, but with a few words, I have more than 15 years of experience in teaching gymnastics at all levels, I possess a PhD in Physical Education with a dissertation on the fitness of primary school children engaged in artistic gymnastics, and my research focuses on assessing physical fitness, physical activity, and nutritional diet.

Bespoke gymnastics lessons for children in the Kensington Studio, as well as in the comfort of your client homes in Kensington & Chelsea or Westminster. Your children will learn many gymnastics skills (jumps, balances, rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, handsprings, somersaults, etc.) and create positive attitudes towards physical activity while developing their strength, flexibility, and coordination. If you book a home session, you will need just a little bit of space and a yoga/gym mat to start. If you come to our studio, your children will be able to use mats, mini wooden bars, and fitness rings.
