Increased journal’s circulation by building relationships with independent booksellers, Aye Write and Good Press.
Managed budget in conjunction with The University of Glasgow’s finance department and set new regulatory measures in place for journal’s expenses.
Spearheaded promotional campaign to increase upon number of submissions received in 2017-2018. Result was almost a double that of the previous year, achieved through increased communication with student societies, posters and maximising our online presence.

Role involved supporting editor in reviewing submissions for upcoming anthology, as well as copyediting and collaborating on creative decision making for a translated novella.
Created database of LGBTQ* book clubs and literature based organisations, with a view to contacting for future promotional purposes.
Increased engagement with Instagram followers. This was achieved with more regular updates and a giveaway.
