Id say my teaching method is to bring some fun to the instrument. I have numerous exercises which I use even in my orchestras to perform well, aswell as a repetoire of fun pieces which anyone wants to play. Despite scales being boring and tricky, I have little techniques inorder to ace them. If you're just starting out, I can teach you the basics of slide positions and ombichure so you can truley enjoy the instrument as quickly as you can.
Ive been playing the trombone for nearly 10 years, meaning i'm definitely obsessed with it. I have experience in all types of music, including orchestral, jazz and brass band. I have mentored the entire brass section in my schools orchestra as well as helped numerous other students on different instruments.
I hope to offer a quite low price inorder for beginners to actually enjoy the instrument rather than it being a burden from the start. For travel, only if it is extremely distant from my local area, there will be some travel fees. If you would like to, you can speak with me about discounts for a period of hours, however in my advice, it is much better to day by day practice in small sessions rather than cramming it all into one day.
I am currently in my GCSE year of seconday education, having already passed Music GCSE to a A* standard. I am currently achieving my Grade 8 in Trombone as well as having up to Grade 2 experience on the Baritone. In my most recent exam score, i achieved distinction and aim to maintain this standard.
