Greek native speaker with a passion for languages and group teaching experience
Methodology
I tailor my lessons around the individual needs and experiences of each student and like to combine traditional methods of teaching enhanced with new ways of learning. I also use diversified material and do not limit my lessons to one book or method.
I believe that cultural awareness is key to learning a new language so I am always trying to combine language learning with culture learning. I believe that learning a language is not just about grammar and vocabulary but also about getting to know another culture and explore new mindsets. Language learning will help you explore yourself and sometimes your own culture!
Experience
Foreign languages are my passion! I have a BA in translation with English and French and a Master's in Translation and Intercultural communication. Before moving to the UK I worked as a tutor in Greece with children and adults so I have experience in dealing with students of various ages and levels.
