- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach saxophone and clarinet, and I am happy to cater to the individual learners needs whether this is genre specific i.e. jazz, classical or pop, or taking students through the practical and theory grade systems.

I have achieved grade 8 saxophone with distinction
I have achieved grade 8 Clarinet with distinction
I graduated TrinityLaban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with a Bmus(Hons) degree in jazz saxophone
Before this I attended Chetham's School of Music, where I doubled on classical clarinet and jazz saxophone.
Whilst there I attained the following A-levels:

English Literature B
- How much do you charge?
My basic rate is £30 pounds an hour, £20 for half an hour - this excludes travel expenses
- Where do you teach?
I am based in Greenwich (SE10) and am happy to teach either at my house here or travel anywhere in London.
- When are you available?
My availability varies from week to week but I am generally very flexible.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I am happy to teach all ages and abilities.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I can prepare my students for Associated Board exams, or Trinity Guildhall exams, if they wish to take them.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
Learning to play a musical instrument is a great way to express yourself, it is rewarding, compelling, and above all else, it's fun!
- What kind of experience do you have?
I am an experienced instrumental teacher and workshop leader in both the primary and secondary sectors. I have worked in specialist music schools and with children with severe learning difficulties. I have been teaching students of all ages and abilities privately within the London area, subjects covered including preparing students for classical and jazz graded exams, improvisation, aural training and harmonic theory.
I have directed and coached ensembles of all sizes and regularly write and arrange specific repertoire according to the ability of the group.
I perform as a session musician with various artists and ensembles. I have performed at music festivals worldwide and have worked with critically acclaimed musicians.
Performance venues include Ronnie Scott's, the Spice Of Life, The Vortex, Bridgewater Hall, Boisdale, Cadogan Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Dover Street Arts Club.
I manage 'The Prototypes' - an agency for musical acts at corporate events.

I currently teach a variety of students varying in age and ability on a weekly basis, as well as working for the Arts Academy, an institution that provides freelance instrumental tuition to children of all ages.
