I very much value interactivity with my students such as roleplay or educational games to involve my students as much as possible. I tend to focus on an inductive approach which is a more active form of learning and discovering language rules. I encourage my students to do most of the talking, ideally aiming for 70% from them and 30% of me explaining activities or participating in roleplay scenarios. I do tailor this ratio and my activities according to age, level and confidence so not to worry as I can adapt when needed!
As a native french speaker I can teach a wide range of vocabulary from formal school-taught to a more colloquial dialect if you are planning to visit France! I have mostly taught primary and young high schoolers helping them pass small class tests to more important oral and written exams. I have experience in teaching English in a primary school in Spain and am currently studying a TESOL course at university which I will put in practice when teaching!
