Methodology

Using techniques such as, HIIT, plyometrics and body weight exercises we will look to improve your overall fitness and use these methods to help you reach the goals you long for. Incorporating the different training styles from my repertoire and working with elements that you enjoy, together, we can create that healthy and balanced lifestyle you desire.

Background

In 2015 I graduated with a BSc in Psychology and Counselling, I also qualified as a personal trainer. Learning about mental health and how exercise can really help a person鈥檚 wellbeing really inspires me and that's why I choose to be educated and work in the wellbeing and fitness industry.

I believe that with a healthy body, you can create a healthy mind. When I began my degree in Psychology and Counselling Bsc my passion for helping individuals developed and has been growing ever since.

鈥婭n a world where self-care is often over looked and self-love is neglected, I feel it is important to focus on the things we love and admire about ourselves, rather than on the negative aspects we see.

If you feel as though you want to work on your mental well-being, whilst improving your physical appearance, I can help you achieve this.

Rates

Rate for online lessons : 拢50/h
Rate for 5 hours of lessons : 拢175
Rate for 10 hours of lessons : 拢300

Details

Client-Trainer Agreement

路 The trainer will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account the personal goals, fitness levels and exercise likes and dislikes.
路 The trainer will provide the coaching, supervision advice and support that the client may need to help them achieve their goals. The client鈥檚 progress will be regularly monitored and the programme revised and adjusted accordingly.
路 The trainer will provide all necessary equipment and will organise appropriate venues for all training sessions.
路 All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential. If the trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, the client must provide such details.
路 It is understood between client and trainer that both will commit to the programme and give 100% effort.
路 The client is required to arrive 5 minutes prior to a training session so that a full session can be achieved on each visit.
路 The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.

Personal Training Terms and Conditions

Health Screening
All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme.
Your trainer may require a letter of 鈥榤edical clearance鈥 from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this.

Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments.
Notice of less than 24 hours notice will incur full payment of the session fee.

Lateness Policy
If the client is late for a session the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time.
If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

Fee Charging Policy
Payment for single sessions must be made at the time of booking. Cheques to be made payable to
Block bookings must be paid for in advance BUT sessions do not have to be booked in advance. However, all sessions must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.
All monies paid are non-refundable.
I recognise and understand all the terms and conditions set between my personal trainer and myself and agree to follow all the guidelines set out above.

Profile

I am an extremely organised and motivated woman with a trustworthy and outgoing personality. I work well both in a team and as an individual and enjoy taking on new challenges. In 2015 I graduated with a BSc in Psychology and Counselling, alongside this I also qualified as a personal trainer. Learning about mental health and how exercise can really help a person鈥檚 wellbeing really inspires me and that's why I choose to be educated and work in the wellbeing and fitness industry.

I have a strong work ethic, which I believe has been demonstrated by working as a personal assistant to the CEO and Managing Director of a successful property investment company in London, whilst also building my own personal training business in the evenings. I have now left my position at Arab Investments in order to pursue my passion as a full time trainer.聽I have developed the administrative and management skills to run an efficient and friendly service for colleagues and clients and I am enthusiastic to develop myself further in the working world.

> I was hired for holiday cover at Lifestyle Fitness gym, in which I was present on the gym floor giving advice and exercise tips to the individuals working out, whether that was correcting their form or showing them new exercises to try.
