Perfect! I started with Dr. Shilpa in my second month of pregnancy and honestly I was clueless about the changes happening in my body, hormones, mood etc. In my first class with her she asked me about my daily routine including very minute details and guided me things that I was doing wrong. By bringing these small changes in my routine and eating habits I could see a good impact in how I was feeling before and how I felt afterwards.
Then in my further sessions I really like the way Dr. Shilpa pays attention to the details of your pose and tells you how this exercise will be helpful during pregnancy. The atmosphere of the class is also very positive and happy, I always feel refreshed after my class with her.

I got in touch with Dr Shilpa and Ezhil (my yoga instructor) at the right time in my life. My therapist recommended I start yoga to help me heal from anxiety, PCOS and certain traumas. Shilpa took me under her wing and not just because I was a paying client, but you can genuinely tell that she cares. She cares about what I'm eating, how I'm sleeping, my daily health. I am so grateful to have found Shilpa who has been a guiding voice through my journey and I know that this is a long-lasting relationship. It was a wonderful experience to do prenatal yoga with Dr. Shilpa Kohli. I did yoga with her during my second pregnancy. I found a lot of differences between my first pregnancy without yoga and the second one. Shilpa‘s Health tips, diet suggestions, and asanas helped me to solve digestion and sleep problems. Her yoga classes kept me active and energetic until the end of pregnancy and also I could handle alone my 2.5-year hyperactive first kid. My first kid was born through C - section and I faced many complications during Labour. The doctor who did the c-section explained about my smaller pelvis and how it is impossible to have normal birth from this kind of pelvis. But during my second pregnancy, I had a small chance to try for normal birth. Nobody except Shilpa had confidence in my natural delivery. She trained me with special pelvis exercises for my natural delivery. She also motivated me throughout my pregnancy for my natural birth. Amazingly, in the end, my baby came naturally to this world within 7 hours. So I am very grateful and satisfied with Dr. Shilpa Kohli and Heal-In Sutras service.

I have been meaning to write this for a while now, I have absolutely loved this platform- Heal-in Sutras and I wish I would have known about Dr. Shilpa during my first pregnancy. She has done a wonderful job of creating an environment that welcomes all types of moms to be throughout different stages of pregnancy.
Her warmth, compassion and desire to promote connection and a positive sense of well-being in such challenging times really make a difference.
Shilpa was very patient with us during the classes and she made sure that we were doing it right and with ease. She never asked us to cross our limits instead she kept saying that we should listen to our body and only do how much we can. Along with all these benefits, you have the chance to meet other moms who are going through the same things as you are and when they share their wonderful experiences, makes you feel like you are not the only one.
It was such a pleasure working out with her. Please do experience it yourself, if you get a chance. I recommend her as she helps you in all means to birth naturally and helps us to stay fit both mentally and physically.

I highly recommend Dr shilpa' prenatal yoga Classes. I joined a month before the due date to chance upon an easy labor and so happened. I had a miraculously easy labor of only an hour. Also with her you can never get bored of workouts. She brings in so many variations everyday that you look forward for her classes.

Dr.Shilpa is very knowledgeable. She gives personal attention to all her clients. I used to practice yoga from a year with different instructors and I have joined Heal in Sutras just a month ago; honestly I found Dr.Shilpa the most approachable instructor. You can call her anytime and she will always answer your queries without loosing patience. I got to know so many forms of pranayama. As a person I take a lot of stress but honestly under Dr.Shilpa's guidance I am learning how to release stress. I have been going to this class for the past four months and I must say my Pregnancy would have been a lot harder if I wasn’t going to this class. Shilpa is a great instructor. I don’t know why I waited so long to try yoga for my issues.. I’ve had shoulder pain for nearly a year. My orthopedic doctor asked me to practice yoga.. After 5-10 yoga sessions with Shilpa.. I was much eased with my shoulder pain. Dr.Shilpa listens and tailors your workout specifically to your needs, or goals. Shilpa is very professional and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her as an instructor!
I had a wonderful and positive experience with Heal in Sutras. Both Dr. Shilpa and Ezhil were very attentive in each session. Through out my pregnancy they kept me motivated and encouraged. I always used to wait for my next yoga session.Along with prenatal yoga, Dr. Shilpa always gave personal attention by giving suggestions about proper diet. DR. Shilpa is indeed a trustworthy teacher as she really takes care of your needs. During session she perfectly manage which exercises suit to whom and even suggest another alternative Asanas for them. She monitors everyone and even motivates us also to do more better. I have been with her for past two months and I have been feeling a palpable change in my body. Morning 1 hour yoga keeps you charged entire day.

I had been struggling with sleeping patterns, meals, water intake, energy and body weight since the lockdown began but with each session I feel fitter and in control of my body as well as mind. I was taking prenatal yoga with heal in sutras for 3 months. Shilpa is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person . Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. The classes are stand alone, but if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones.
I believe that yoga helped me to fasten my labor progress and a smooth delivery. I also liked the way she suggested on diet tips ( calcium, iron rich food list) during my pregnancy . Now I am looking for postnatal course with her.

I have always lacked motivation to workout alone and hence would enrol in group fitness classes. My pregnancy kept me home bound due to COIVD and travelling to attend pre natal fitness classes was not possible. I then joined Heal-In Sutras. It was like working out with a friend who keeps on changing the practise ensuring health needs are catered to. They kept it short and simple and very doable. Even the meditation bit was good. I think it is reasonably priced too...........

The Mantras, the exercises, the meditation - are all not just good to have, but a necessity as we deal with all kinds of stress and aches during this time. Recommended to all pregnant women. I came across Heal-In Sutras after someone on a mommy forum had posted a link. I joined their trial classes and I loved it so much that I decided to enroll for the paid sessions. Their routine has managed to be just the right balance of movement and rest, stretching and relaxation. There are a variety of poses and you really feel grounded and relaxed after the session. The tone of the session is encouraging and informative, letting you know just why a certain move is beneficial during pregnancy. I can't wait to start the meditations. All in all, I highly recommend. I joined Prenatal Yoga with Heal-In Sutras post I diagnosed with Gestational diabetes; I was very scared however with Dr Shilpa’s frequent Yoga intervention in customised Yoga, Diet & Lifestyle changes, it came down. When practicing yoga with them I feel safe and empowered. On the practical side, she provides clear instruction and good feedback throughout, which I find very helpful.
Dr Shilpa can be perfectly called as Yoga guru. I joined her prenatal online yoga classes during pandemic away from India away from family where I wasn’t sure how much I will gain but Dr Shilpa gave her best effort and left no stone unturn to make feel secure and confident about my pregnancy and way ahead. It was great course with her which led to have smooth pregnancy and helped in great way for my normal delivery...she goes an extra mile to guide and support you with diet chart n emotional connect. Also not to mention she has personality full of positivity and charm that boost all the energy in you. Highly recommended for any yoga and meditation classes.
