My teaching method, is compassionate and hard working, I am an animated teacher, where I like to join in and do my own demonstrations to the students. I try and motivate as much as possible to help you reach your goals and push yourself as much as your comfortable with.
For students under the age of 13, if it is an individual class session every 8 hours of lesson time, the student will get a small prize posted from me to their house (if that is something their parents are comfortable with) the prize may be anything from a big bag of sweets to a pair of boxing gloves. If the child is included in a group lesson, at the end of each lesson one child will be selected to get a ninja tick on the prize board. You can get a ninja tick by working really hard and impressing me in that lesson. When the child has gained 3 ninja ticks, a prize will be posted to their home (again if the parents are comfortable).
I am a former zoo keeper, and I’m planning to get my animal qualifications and have my own rescue sanctuary. In addition to this Kickboxing has been a big passion of mine for nearly 9 years now and I would love to be able to share the martial art to more people who are willing to learn.
I am happy to do 30 minute sessions for £10.

Previous Jobs/Volunteer Work
-Manager and Volunteer at Sheperd’s Place Farm, Petting Zoo. I was trained as a volunteer for the manager position for around 4 months. I then took over as manager for 1 year, during this year I made a lot of improvements, that mainly improved the animal's care and wellbeing and greatly improved business as animal interactions and event days became very popular. For the next year after my management a lot of other full-time managers came and went, I trained up around 11 different full-time managers (when I could only be part-time). Along with training, leading and organizing over 20 unexperienced volunteers at a time. Whenever we didn't have a manager available to us, I was moved into that position. I eventually left because it was difficult to make any changes when I wasn’t in the managing position for that long during the last year of my placement. Overall placement of weekends and holidays for 2 ½ years.
-Volunteer at Brinsley Animal Rescue Centre. I travelled to Brinsley 2-3 times a week to focus on a course in their amazing wildlife center. Attempting to focus more on the veterinary care of wild animals that was slightly out of my comfort zone. Eventually due to lack of travel availability, I stopped attending, as I couldn’t make it their anymore. Overall placement of 2-3 days a week for 3 months.
-Animal Sitting. During the summer holidays in 2020, a friend of my boyfriend's went on holiday for 6 weeks and left me in charge of caring for his pets, including dogs, cats, snakes and giant African land snails. I attended 3-4 times a day, every day for 6 weeks. Including, feeding, watering, walks, handling, visual health checks of animals, grooming and cleaning out. Overall placement 3-4 times a day (roughly 4 hours a day) for 6 weeks.
Current Volunteer Work
-Kickboxing Coach. I have been a lead assistant coach at a kickboxing club for a long time now. This involves needing a lot of skills, I teach people form the ages of 3-40 years of age, this requires a lot of communication skills and versatile when giving instructions. You also need a great deal of motivation and patience. This has made me very confident when public speaking to large crowds and have learnt lots of different methods of organizing large groups of people. Overall placement 1-3 times a week for 8 years.
-On and Off Animal Sitting. Every so often I get called upon to care for the locals' pets. Usually for 3 or 4 days at the weekend 24/7 caring for, dogs, cats, parrots (and other birds), reptiles, amphibians and rodents.
I’m currently in year 11 of school. Below I’m going to list my current GCSE subjects, followed by my projected grades.

-English Language 7/7
-Combined Science 7/8
