My techniques for teaching rely on the most effective method of learning for the person or the group I'm teaching as it's quite easy for me to determine that after a quick personal chat with the candidate.
I am currently studying architecture, mathematics is constantly used as tool in architecture to measure and carry out daily tasks efficiently, we deal with equations and calculus on a daily basis which develops the individual's critical thinking and aids you to perform effective, rapid methods to solve problems and save the day. Therefore, I believe I have so much contribution to offer into developing an individual remarkable and easy methods to be adapted for my students to carry out calculations and conduct them in their favour.
The typical length of a lesson for me is an hour at minimum as I believe it is the ideal timing for a student to most benefit from tutoring and be engaged and invested in the educational process.

My target group are high school students from grade 7 up to GCSEs and A levels. This is due to my experience in tutoring my peers and GCSE students whilst being the head of subject mentoring in Cathays High school where I attended my sixth form.
I am suitable for this position as Ia am an enthusiastic, open individual that tailors their content to reach the standard of convenience for receivers. I have developed outstanding communication skills during previous experiences such as working with the Sudanese youth committee as public speaker, event organiser, script writer and participated in the decision-making process. During my time of being a head girl at my school’s sixth form, I was the head of subject mentoring working along with a dedicated team to ensure all the extracurriculars are delivered efficiently to students. We would also help ourselves in the delivery of teaching and assist new arrivals to catch up with their academic attainment. similarly, my role as a young interpreter has aid me to assist a huge number of ESOL pupils to become confident to engage with others within a standard period of time.
Whilst completing my Welsh Baccalaureate community project hours, I have been tutoring ESOL students coming from the MENA region during their lessons in order to assist them with their English language skills and interpretation during the lesson in order to get them on track with other students of their class and help them boost their confidence in verbal communication. This has inspired them greatly as I myself have previously experienced to set ESOL classes and managed to upgrade to GCSE’s and A levels in a standard time.
All these experiences have significantly contributed to building my leadership proficiency accompanied by strengthening many other transferrable skills of mine that includes communication, planning and entrepreneurial skills.
I am a motivated, self-driven individual that is able to make decisions and act on my initiative.
