Methodology

I believe in constantly changing your approach to make learning accessible to all students. If a student doesnt 'get it' then it's down to me to ensure they do.

I believe in building a trusting relationship with all of the students I teach to ensure they feel confident in asking me for support.

The best teaching is centred around exploring ideas together and lots of practice!

Experience

I am currently working as a Vice Principal, fully qualified maths teacher of 15 years up to A-level and including Further Maths.

I have worked in 4 different schools having previously been a head of maths. Always excellent results with students exceeding expectations.
