Historian with 10 years tutoring experience in London with a Masters in History and a diploma in journalism

Methodology

I am a freelance tutor and journalist. I teach history to all levels from primary school to degree level.
My methods vary, sometimes we practice exam questions, somewtimes we have a structured debate and sometimes I ask leading questions. Most of all, I dispell myths that have built up about History.

Background

I spent four years studying History at the University of East Anglia where I obtained a masters.
I have been tutoring people aged 12-21 since 2007 in groups of 1-3 people.
My last pupil got a B in History A level.
I have also lectured to Journalism students.
