Methodology

My approach to teaching is flexible, depending on the students, as well as the topic at hand. Exercises including group activities and interactions are a great way to incorporate fun into learning. Set homework also provides an insight into what the students truly understand. A “there’s no such thing as a silly question” approach is key; welcoming anyone to feel comfortable enough to share their thoughts. Mutual respect is required. Structure is important- we start every lesson with a brief recap of the last (sometimes in the form of a quiz).
