Laurence is a born teacher. His ability to build rapport and encourage the best from others is outstanding. He is a talented and committed drummer and understands exactly what is needed to succeed and improve. He helped me improve my technique so much, focusing not just on my hands but my whole body, movements, and posture. He is knowledgeable about different styles of drumming, and who the best drummers are to look to for excellence. He's a top chap and I highly recommend him.
