BMusHons undergraduate in performance from the Royal College of Music, London.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £35 per hour and £18 per half hour. I do not charge extra for travelling
- Where do you teach?
I teach at students' homes and at my home, (if more convenient) I am willing to travel around central, west, north west, south west and north London.
- When are you available?
I am available to teach on Monday-Friday after school hours and weekends if necessary. I am also available on school holidays. Depending on the students my times of teaching are very flexible.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach from beginners to very advanced students. I also teach all ages.
I teach using ABRSM Grades 1-8, I also mix this up with technical exercises and pieces that I think my students will enjoy.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
All ABRSM exam levels and any other concerts and competitions the student wishes to participate in, such as local music competitions.
- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I am available to teach online after school hours Mon-Fri. This can be set up using Skype.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
Learning a musical instrument should be fun.... Music isn't just learning notes and playing them, You learn notes to play to the music of your soul.
- What kind of experience do you have?
I teach in a few schools in London. I am currently teaching at, Heathfield House School, Chiswick, GreenWood Primary School Marylebone and have worked at St Benedicts school Ealing. I have also taught large groups of children within RCM Sparks which is a summer program that runs within the RCM.
I have also tutored at various youth orchestras and have many private students in London

- Where and with whom did you train?
I began my training at a young age with the leader of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. I then moved onto St Mary's music school in Edinburgh where I studied with professor Andrea Gajic. During my college years I trained at the Royal College of Music under professor Ani Schnarch and also took part in master-classes with many famous teachers.

- Tell me about some of your current students.
I currently have students taking ABRSM exams the highest being grade 6, with most obtaining distinctions or merits in their exams. I also teach a couple of beginners and small ensemble groups in schools, along with class music.
