Usually I would expect to spend up six hours across three sessions with you.
The first session is all about understanding your goal and how you will know you've achieved that. Plus make a start on making some small changes,towards your goal.
Your second session usually four weeks later, is all about reviewing actions from session 1, exploring more and providing further guidance and support.
Four to six weeks later, the third session is about reviewing progress and confirm whether further sessions are beneficial.
