My background is in beauty therapy where I studied at a top health farm and became fascinated with health and nutrition. I later did a B.Sc. (Hons) in Nutrition at King's college, London. I then did teaching qualifications and have lectured in anatomy and physiology, microbiology and dermatology as well as beauty therapy and complimentary therapies.
I love discovering how the human body works and functions as there are still so many unknowns waiting to be discovered.
I have been a lecturer since about 1994 mostly at colleges of further education in North Wales and Nottingham.I have taught students from the age of 15 ( at a youth training centre) to 81 years of age.
My students achieved level 3 in Anatomy and physiology and other subjects that I have taught.
