I usually teach the students basic concepts of a chapter, and hence move on to doing questions, preferably prepared by students (from school teachers). It is best if students come into lessons with some prepared questions to discuss. Students who wish to get more challenging questions may request for them so that lesson can be more engaging.
I have been teaching for a year. I work help to prepare Indonesian students for scholarship tests, in particular English. I also teach O'Levels Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics to Secondary 3-4 students from Singapore. These are highly motivated students, hence I mainly handle difficult questions that they encountered in school, rather than explaining the concepts from scratch. There are some students who wish to learn ahead from the school syllabus, hence I also have to explain the concepts to them. Currently I teach primary school students in Crescent Supplementary School in London every Saturday. I have taught around 10 students, and they are doing very well in schools at the moment.
