I'm both a personal and business coach, helping people 18+ to go further in the workplace: what you might enjoy most and where your personality and skills would best fit. Sessions are typically 1 hour, but can be for 2 hours, and a block of sessions can be booked. The focus is on your hopes, aspirations and goals, helping you to find you own solutions and go forward with confidence - ultimately, you won't need a coach!
Are you stuck and not sure how to go forward?
Do you feel under confident - would it help to have someone supportive to listen?
Have you had a lot of disappointment with jobs/in the job market/been made redundant and need someone to help you turn that around?
I have ideas and techniques that will give a different perspective and new insights into the situation you may be facing.
Over 970 coaching/mentoring hours with all types of people, in different industries. Member of the Association for Coaching, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, with real world experience from both job candidate and employer's perspectives in matching people to roles and helping them to achieve their potential.
(Because I will have other clients, please be ready to start on time as sessions must finish at the pre-arranged time. If you need to re-schedule a session, 48 hours advance notice is required. If you give less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit the session and the fee. I don't cover any of your expenses associated with the session.)
