I will focus everything around my client and discuss what they want to achieve from this in the first session. Following this, some sessions may have setwork to inspire conversation and organise thoughts. Others can be purely conversation based. I may also run group sessions based on particular topics, such as “knowing yourself”, “mental health” etc.
I am a student who has faced anxiety from my early teens and more recently depression. Coming out the other side with plenty of help, I thought that something like this would have been extremely helpful at the time. I want to provide this to others and help them to improve their mental health and lifestyle.
