According to the student's level, I usually base my classes on both theoretical and practical aspects in order to provide the students with a holistic view of both the instrument and the piece he/she is approaching. As far as the pianistic part is concerned, I aim at providing the student with both a good technique through different methods and études, which will allow him/her to approach any kind of music he/she would like to deepen in the future; and a good level of musicianship and emotional involvement which certainly plays a crucial part in the practice of such an art. As far as the theoretical part is concerned, we will focus on some main Music Theory issues and topics as well as Musicological aspects related to the piece we are approaching.
I started playing the piano at an early age at the Conservatoire of Music of Venice, where I obtained a Classical Piano pre-academic diploma under the guidance of the Classical Pianist and composer Dr.Letizia Michielon. I am currently studying Classical piano performance at the Conservatoire of Music of Rome with the pianist Dr. Maura Pansini. Alongside my Italian studies, I am currently studying Music at King's College London with a performance major at the Royal Academy of Music with Prof.Francesca Orlando. I attended various master-classes with international leading pianists, such as MˆViktor Bogino, MˆSusanna Pescetti and MˆEnrique de Guzmann. I'm having various concert opportunities such as at the Ateneo Veneto of Venice, Palazzo Labia in Venice, Embassy of Italy in London, main theatre Instabile of Trieste and other main cultural centres and clubs both in Italy and in the UK.
