About Jack
- What kind of experience do you have?
I gained initial work experience as a classroom assistant and music teacher at St. Barnabas and St. Phillip's Primary School (2007), and have had experience teaching the saxophone whilst studying Music at Oxford.
Since graduating I have been a member of Blue Tutors, through which I have had experience teaching music academically.
As a saxophone player and musician I have practical experience through years of playing and study. I am currently persuing a career as a singer-songwriter and performer and I currently write and play in three bands: my own band project, Scarlett In The Wilderness (on soprano sax), and Alamakota (on soprano sax).
I have had experience singing as part of my Choral scholarship in the world-renowned Queen's College Choir, Oxford, and from singing in the international-award-winning a capella group Out of The Blue for two years.
- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
I do not have a CRB certificate.
- Do you belong to any professional organisations?
I am a Level 3 member of Blue Tutors tutoring agency.
