I am an enthusiastic teacher and tailor the lessons to the pupil's individual needs and interests. As a performer, I have a great deal of experience in a variety of styles which I am keen to share.

I teach Double Bass and Bass Guitar in a variety of styles (jazz, classical, pop etc.). I also teach piano, music theory and music technology.

I teach at my home in East Finchley, North London. I am also willing to travel to students' homes.

My exact availability varies from week to week but I am generally available during the day and some evenings.

I have experience teaching private pupils.
While at the Royal Academy of Music, I co-led workshops in Marylebone Girls School and as part of Spitalfields festival and conducted group teaching in the Junior Jazz Department.
I am a sought after performer on both Double Bass and Electric Bass with a great deal of practical experience in various genres.
Whilst studying Jazz Double Bass at the RAM, I continued to receive tuition in Classical Double Bass.
I am also an active composer. Having studied composition at the Purcell School, I continued to write throughout my time at the RAM for a wide range of ensembles, from Trio to Big Band.
I have performed at many prestigious venues such as Purcell Room, Kings Place, Vortex, 606 Club, Ronnie Scott's, Blackthorpe Barn and Bath Festival Fringe.
