- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach Mathematics and Statistics at GCSE and A-Level (including A-Level Further Mathematics). I also teach A-Level and 1st Year Undergraduate Economics. I am also able to tutor a variety or undergraduate level Statistics, Applied Mathematical, Finance, and Economics. - Tell me about your qualifications.
I have recently finished a MSc in Risk and Stochastics at the London School of Economics, and will graduate with distinction (av. grade > 70%). I am currently a first year Statistics PhD student at Manchester University. My topic is \"Optimal Strategic Decisions in New Markets\", which is a fusion of economics, mathematics and finance.
I hold a first class undergraduate degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from London School of Economics (2005). I also have A grade A Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Theology and General Studies.
- How much do you charge?
My general rate is £15 per hour. Group rates are negotiable. First lesson/consultation is free.
- Where do you teach?
I can teach at home (still working on this as very recently moved - but probably Rusholme, Fallowfield or Old Trafford ), on campus at Manchester University or at the student's home. I am willing to travel within the most of Manchester and surrounding area (Stockport, Sale etc) depending on public transport links. There is a small surcharge (£5 per lesson) to cover travel expenses to locations outside Greater Manchester
- When are you available?
I am available to tutor between 2pm and 8pm Monday to Friday as well as Saturday 10am-5pm.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I am willing to tutor GCSE and A-Level students aged 14+ and Undergraduates aged 18+. Mature GCSE, A level or Undergraduate students especially welcome.

- What kind of experience do you have?
I have worked as a voluntary GCSE Mathematics Tutor through a scheme run by LSE in 2003-2005. This involved guiding groups of 2-5 students through past exam questions; assisting students with revision technique and answering students questions about improving course work.
I have also worked as a conversational English teacher in Thailand during 2005-2006. This involved teaching classes of 30-50 pupils aged 15-19. I focused on playing games and activities to help broaden participation and build students confidence to speak English.

No - I am in the process of applying for one.
