For six years I was to fortunate to study at Chethams School of Music and in my final two years I was accepted into the National Youth Orchestra GB where is was second flute and then principal flute. Whilst I was at Chethams I also studied piano as my second study instrument and am therefore happy to teach from beginner standard to grade 8 (ABRSM). I have experience teaching a range of standards from complete beginners to more advanced players. Alongside the flute, I have also taught French and Piano for the past 4 years and am therefore experienced preparing students for exams; for French, levels from key stage 1 up until GCSE.

I also trained on 6 National Youth Orchestra courses with Sarah Newbold, Andrew Nicholson and Laura Jellicoe.
• Bachelor of Arts Degree (BMus) in performance (current)
I have to say, he is young, but he is good! Both in terms of playing and teaching. He replied promptly when I first tried to reach him through the tutor page. Even at that time he was playing in a competition in Romania, he asked an old friend of his to take care of my queries. What I like most about his teaching is that he would be brutally honest about my achievements, which is a very responsible way of teaching...
...Because in that case, I gain solid improvements every time, and feel truly happy when receive positive appraisal. He is always aware of the teaching progress as well to suit my steps. I like it.
