I studied college level Macroeconomics with Muhammad. I was pleasantly surprised when he made the seemingly dry subject very interesting by inserting real business cases into my textbook-based curriculum. For example when discussing fiscal and monetary policy tools Muhammad would extensively quote examples from the Fed's handling of the 2008 global financial crisis. He has a thorough understanding of the nature of money and would often tell me the history and origins of money and the mechanisms behind money circulation. I highly recommend him as a tutor of Macroeconomics and related subjects.
I sit on the board of several financial institutions in the UK, Germany and Russia. As one would imagine I have a busy schedule and I was pursuing my degree in decision sciences in London when my secretary found Muhammad to help me with Discrete Optimization and Linear Programming. To me it was a challenging topic but Muhammad walked me through step by step and made it easy to understand. With his help I listed down rules of thumb - or algorithms in technical speak - that allowed me to solve Duality and Convexity problems in a more efficient manner. I thank him for his professional approach and teaching expertise and I hope he will continue to benefit others in my situation.
I am an woman entrepreneur, a mother, and studying for my London Business School EMBA alongside. Managing such diverse roles is 'challenging' to say the least, so I needed someone to privately tutor and supervise me for my academic work. I would hold online meetings with Muhammad as and when my work schedule allowed, and that helped a great deal in decreasing my study related stress. Muhammad's assistance also allowed me to focus better on my business and my family. Overall is has been a very productive mentor-mentee relationship with Muhammad. Thank you!
Being Director of Manufacturing at SABIC, Saudi Arabia's largest chemicals manufacturer, I had extensive experience in industrial and chemical engineering. But upon joining the London Business School EMBA programme I found myself lacking in essential academic skills and concepts. I enlisted Muhammad's support for my Financial Accounting course and then on he continued guiding and mentoring me for Decision and Risk Analysis, Operations Management, Corporate Finance and then my Supply Chain Management elective. I cannot thank him enough for being such a supportive person and a truly professional academic. When he does not know the answer immediately, he studies the problem and finds the solution very quickly. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking to strengthen their academic and professional credentials.
I have recently joined a boutique consulting firm in London as an analyst. Having graduated with a Politics degree I lacked the quantitative analysis skills required for a consulting role. Muhammad is an expert teacher of Data Analysis and Econometrics, especially for working professionals like myself. For me it was not feasible, both in terms of the time and the finances required, to join a formal MBA programme. In this regard Muhammad's private mentoring proved immensely helpful in preparing me for the first week of my job (and beyond). I hope to continue to learn with him.
I am currently enrolled at INSEAD Singapore Global EMBA programme. I must say the programme is more intense than I initially imagined. It is a significant investment and I was not getting the most out of it due to my professional commitments and a busy schedule. I needed someone who knew programme contents very well and could save my time in grasping key concepts quickly. That is when I received an email from Muhammad offering his tutoring services. I quickly signed up and since then I have studied Corporate Finance and Management Accounting with him Muhammad has a sharp eye in terms of cutting through the clutter and highlighting key points in each topic. Studying with him has been a wonderful experience saving me from unnecessary stress. Thank you Muhammad, I highly appreciate your help.
I am a Director at Julius Baer, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai. As a private banker I am well trained in Corporate Finance and Investments strategy. But I lacked the academic rigour which I realised when attending the London Business School EMBA in the same building where I work. I had heard about Muhammad from my batch mates, so I arranged a meeting with him (again in the same DIFC building). And from then on we had a fruitful partnership where Muhammad brought academic rigour to my way of thinking and I shared my banking experience with him. The weather was pleasant so we would sit on a coffee table at the Nero Cafe and solve complicated problems. Thank you very much Muhammad, we had a great partnership :-)
Okay Muhammad here I go :) I am Director of Operations at Saudi Arabia's largest oil and gas refinement company SABIC/SAMAC. I got in touch with Muhammad while pursuing the Harvard Senior Executive Leadership Program (SELP-ME) in the Middle East. Muhammad was most helpful with modules like Decision, Uncertainty and Risk Analysis, Operations Management, Strategic Thinking, and Supply Chain Management. Being in the manufacturing sector it was imperative for me to learn OM and SCM very well, and Muhammad proved immensely helpful in this regard. He is knowledgeable and an experienced professor who knows the questions in your head before you ask them :) Well done Muhammad and thank you!
I am a Lawyer from Brussels and enlisted Muhammad's help when studying for the London Business School EMBA last year. Being lawyer I was lacking in quantitative analysis skills and Muhammad's timely mentoring saved me from disaster. Unlike my other MBA colleagues who had prior training in data analysis or numerical methods, I must say it was Muhammad's professional assistance that helped me sail through my MBA programme. He then went on to teach me Corporate Finance, Managerial Accounting and Operations Management. Highly recommended for senior executives and C-suite level leaders!
As Muhammad would tell you I was his first mentee for London Business School Executive MBA. Back in 2017 I was the CEO of Dubai Tourism Corporation and sought Muhammad's help with the Data Analytics module on the LBS EMBA. I had other tutors before but Muhammad quickly became a substitute for all of them and continued mentoring and tutoring me for other EMBA modules including Managerial Economics, Financial Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Decision & Risk Analysis. I highly recommend him for C-suites and Board Members looking for a private mentor.
