I have a masters degree in the management of technology and innovation and have received numerous accolades for the management of people.Over the last 20 years I have actively lectured and facilitated numerous management and leadership programs over a number of industries and disciplines both in South Africa and New Zealand.
Dennis Smith is an accomplished management development professional with an extensive background both, locally and internationally, in strategy development, managing cross-functional business operations, organisational change and implementation projects and mentoring. Dennis’ current research focuses on how organisations change by using critical and innovative thinking and problem-solving techniques as they strive to innovate and remain relevant in turbulent times.
Dennis has worked in senior marketing and general management positions in multinational and national companies across a number of industries in both manufacturing and retail environments. Dennis is an award winning Unisa (SBL) graduate, a Chartered Marketer, holds an MSc degree from the Da Vinci Institute and has served as adjunct faculty at various business schools since 2003. Dennis is a registered assessor, moderator and verifier with the Marketing Association of South Africa, Services Seta, Merseta and ETDP Seta.
