If you have physical well being sorted then we can focus on mental and vice versa. You will come out of the lessons armed with knowledge and motivation to make positive small changes in your life that give you a world of benefits and happiness.
I have had experiences in my life that have brought me to rock bottom, I studied and learned my way to a better healthy life and I wish to share and help others do the same.
I follow easy steps for nutrition and meditate on a daily basis. The benefits of these I cannot measure. I will guide you through how to relax when you're stressed and recentre, giving you better mental clarity. We will also focus on the physical with focus on wellbeing of the body, considering your diet, activities and finding a way of fitting them around your life so you can still enjoy the life you wish to lead!
Life shouldn't be about sacrifice, it's about balance and getting the most out of it!
Firstly, I am absolutely useless at anything to do with computers. Nikki has really helped me get the hang of it all. I can now send emails to my family in Australia and play games with my grandson. It hasn’t always been easy but Nikki’s patience is second to none and she’s persevered with me and only had kind things to say. She made me feel very comfortable straightaway and I have really favoured her adaptability to how I learn. I really do recommend her!
I met Nikki in person and have received tuition from her for a number of months now. Nikki has always been on time for our sessions and been incredibly helpful whilst I get the hang of meditation.
