I'm an Oxford PhD student, with former education at UCL and at Sorbonne in Paris.
I believe all adults can make their life richer through culture and deeper thinking. I offer private teaching that can be tailored to your interests, in a broad range of subjects, including not only classic philosophical topics such as metaphysics, ethics and language, but also practical philosophy as well as philosophy of science, technology and AI. I can introduce you to psychology and neuroscience as well, giving a more well-rounded understanding of the mind. Finally, we can see what are the implications of all this knowledge for leading a better life.
I adapt my style of teaching to the learner, so to assure an exciting and challenging but not overwhelming journey for everyone, even when the topic may become too abstract.
I've been giving courses for a few years now, both for high school and bachelor students and for adult professionals. All my students so far have praised my clarity and enthusiasm in teaching. I prefer now to focus on teaching to adults because philosophy shouldn't be reduced to a set of skills to validate an exam, but can be really learned when one finds in himself a true interest and comes to philosophy with personal curiosity. Then it can really be a life-changing experience.
