About Jon
Been training since 1991. Graded in various styles including Brazilian JiuJitsu, Wing Chun, Traditional JuJitsu, Judo, JKD & Kyokushin. A keen interest in ballistic systems he later went to become London's first Keysi Fighting Method instructor. A qualified personal trainer Level 3 and Gym Instructor. Specialising in weapons and tactics, multiple opponent defence and awareness. Using Panantukan, Kali and Pressure Points.

I teach in group or one to one. Designed to focus on multiple opponent situations which is not taught well today. Defence against weapons, groundwork, take downs and submissions. Specifically designed to your fitness levels or previous experience. I supply all the equipment needed and will come to your place of work or home.
