Perfect! Wow! Adam is a well-qualified swimming coach that knows his stuff, he's helped me point out gaps in my swimming technique I was not even aware of before (despite doing triathlon for 3+ years in my club). He's helped me develop a targeted training plan, I am excited to up my game and get back to competing again. He's a cool down to earth chap too, and the private swimming pool is just awesome. Would definitely recommend!

Adam gave swim lessons to my son for around 4 months. I looked for a private teacher for him as I wanted him to join a competitive swimming club. Adam was super helpful and gave us advise on the whole process. He taught my son the proper technique for all the 4 swimming strokes and after few months of training, he was accepted to the swimming club in London. Great teacher!
Great lessons, they are always fun and useful

My 10 year old son has been taking Adam's lessons for around 3 months now. Charlie is always looking forward to the lessons and has developed a great relationship with swimming. He has also greatly improved his swimming technique. Would recommend!!
Adam has been teaching me swimming for over a year now. Thanks to his lessons, I am now comfortable swimming even long distances using different strokes. I even managed to complete my first triathlon this summer!

What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.
As a child, I had issues with my back. That is why my parents made me join a swimming club at the age of 6. At age 9, I started competing locally. At 16, I started cycling and eventually started competing in triathlon.
02
What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?
Even after almost 20 years, swimming is still my favourite sport. I also love doing triathlon and I am looking to complete a half Ironman this summer. A sport that I have tried but would like to get back to is Muay Thai.
03
What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?
Setting goals and challenges - on top of big goals such as completing half Ironman, I set small goals for myself during each session. These make the sessions more fun and motivate me to push myself even harder.
On top of that, I find swimming extremely relaxing as it helps me flush all the stress out after a long day04
Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?
Completing a Triathlon race with my Mom!
My mom was the person who got me into swimming when I was a child. As I got older and became a qualified coach, I taught her proper swimming technique and we went on to complete a full Sprint Triathlon race together!05
How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?
Training for competitions and long-distance races taught me discipline and determination. Working on these qualities was very helpful to my younger self and helped me realize a lot of personal goals outside of swimming.
06
If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?
That is a difficult one but I would pick Rich Roll. He is an ultra-distance triathlete, writer, podcaster, and a great inspiration to me.
07
How do you help people stay motivated?
I first understand why people choose to swim in the first place. Being aware of your student's goals and aspirations is very important as it helps me personalize my approach to the student. Besides that, I try to make a positive and encouraging environment. Once my student has fun, swimming comes easy!

What makes you a Superprof in sports?
My passion for helping people improve. I find it very satisfying to help people on their swimming journeys. It also makes me very proud of their achievements (one of my former students is now part of a national swimming team!)
