The main principle of my teaching is a good relationship between me and my tutee. I do not stick to any particular teaching methods as I understand that every student needs to be treated individually and uniquely. Our lessons will definitely be enjoyable and aimed for providing you with as clear identification of any topic as possible.
I am very student led. If you have trouble understanding a particular topic I can take you through all of the required knowledge, setting practise questions and testing you as we go along. Some students prefer me to just go through past exam questions with them.
I ya e many methods to engage students into education firstly is by warming up ‘the mind’. This is normally creative writing prompts, or a quick close reading analysis excercise. After which, presentations, interactive (educational) gaming, debates/class discussions etc.
My name is Mike Morris. I have a degree in English, almost twenty years experience as a tutor and an enhanced DBS Certificate. I am very confident teaching English and Maths up to (and including) GCSE Level. I am very approachable and friendly, and try to make learning enjoyable and relevant.
It depends of the expectations the kinds have. During the first hour, I try to evaluate the preferred style of learning. Therefore, I adapt my style after their preferences and I structure the lessons in this manner. I give lessons to middle school kids and mostly I help them out with their homework at mathematics.
Hello, my name is Rucsandra and I'm a Romanian student in Bath. I always wanted to teach others Romanian because I think it's a beautiful language and it can be useful especially if you have Romanian friends or you want to visit Romania. I think every language is worth learning and if I can help more people know this language I would be more than happy to do so.
Hi my name is Hayley I am a friendly new Tefl Teacher who is looking to gain experience and help with your English studies. I am qualified to teach from young learners to adult learners. From general English learners to Buisness, education learners. I prefer to work one on one to give you all my attention. But I don't mind small group teaching.
For individual tutoring I can work with the student to aid them in whatever work they need help in. For group tutorials I will work with all the students and find a common thing that needs tutoring/assistance and can move forward with that, tailoring the work to the students.
My teaching method depends on the age groups. For the younger students, ages 4-10, it is mainly play, or discussions. This includes role playing, working with art relating it back to vocabulary. For older students, ages 10-18, it is catered more towards the requirements from their classes.
I am looking for more experience in teaching and am hoping to teach acting.
The first thing my students will do in my lesson is updating me on what they are currently doing at school so i am able to help them get more one on one practice in that module so that they are fully confident to answer questions
I base my classes on the students, I adapt my teaching style accordingly to the student’s level and learning style
My aim was to motivate learners and help them learn strategies that they could use throughout their life. Repetition, chucking of information and planning lessons targeted to each child’s strengths and weaknesses is the key for making progress. Multisensory way of teaching helps and increases learners’ engagement.
I am currently 20 years old and studying for a degree in pure mathematics at the University of the West of England. I have three A-Levels (maths, physics and accounting) - I also have a Certificate of Higher Education in Accounting and Finance from the University of Swansea.
I aim to run an intimate one to one teaching session with a consistent style of questions and answers to help students not only find out what they need to know but in doing so allow for growth and learning themselves and my aim in every lesson is that by the next session I will not be needed until a student is built to a professional level.
Having been always told I was bad at maths as a kid, it took a lot of determination and hard work to get my grades. In my opinion, the reason why a lot of people struggle with maths is due to the fact that they believe they aren't talented. My approach to teaching therefore is to deconstruct the challenges that maths offers, building confidence and cementing the skill set needed to pass exams.
Hi everyone, Im teacher Lourdes hopping in your screen, if your looking for any private tutor let me be your guest.
My teaching method begins with basic things depending on the age , and the knowledge. First we will see numbers, colours , letters, animals. Once this is mastered we move on to basic frases ' how are you ? ' ' my name is ' ' i live in ' .
My teaching method is to teach by example. I base my lessons on what my students are intending to learn. Through my experience of education, until reaching higher education, I found it very difficult to engage with teachers and subjects so I intend to do whatever to attract and have students enjoy learning.
My teaching methology tackles understanding of a topic and try's to tailor to the needs of the students at that time.
As a teacher with experience in SEN schools, I am very patient and approachable. I have a lot of experience in lesson planning and will be able to appropriately structure private sessions to cater to individual needs and interests. My previous experiences in private tutoring have been for primary aged children.

Her first book, ‘The Transformational Truth of Tarot’ won the Best Spiritual Book Award of 2012. In her first year of TV work Tiffany was awarded Best Newcomer TV Intuitive of 2013.
I can be flexible with my teaching based on what works best, but generally I will set problems and help students work towards them to teach them the methods so that they gradually learn to use techniques independently
In depth analysis of what we do. I help students comprehend what they are doing instead of just solving questions.
I apply new style with deep understanding and soft academic delivering knowledge.
I am able to give lessons to GCSE, A-level and undergraduate chemistry. I like to make learning as fun as possible and will always encourage questions to be asked. From my experience, I think understanding a topic is far more important than being able to reel off facts. I think it is always important to build up a picture of where the student is at and tailor to each student's needs.
I would say my teaching method is 'flexible' I adapt to the needs of the student incorporating a fun and dynamic atmosphere. Learning should be fun and most importantly, interesting! Tutoring won't simply be tutoring, it'll be fun! I'll help you achieve the grades you dream of.
I believe any student is capable of achieving a high grade in GCSE Maths. Maths tends to be a subject which people often wrongly suggest you have to have a natural born affinity in order to do well.
Enthusiasm is key when it comes to learning English. Essays can be daunting at times. However, by learning how to make thorough plans and effective revision notes, anybody can achieve the grade they desire with enough support and encouragement.
*I do not currently have any availability to take on new students. I will update this if anything changes.* I am able to offer tutoring in A Level Physics and Maths/Further Maths, GCSE Physics/Sciences and Maths, and pre-GCSE Maths.
