I am a PhD candidate in Pharmacy but I have a deep passion for chemistry starting from high school. I would like to help any students up to undergraduate levels who find it 'miserable' to digest chemistry lessons in school. In order to be good at chemistry, I believe that understanding basic concepts and mechanisms is much essential for learning key information and advanced knowledge.
I practice individual approach starting with understanding student's needs in language acquisition. Based on that, I offer most appropriate topics in vocabulary and grammar, also concentrating on speaking and listening skills. + extra fun activities such as language games, online videos, presentations and useful apps.
I give lessons to students in Junior and Senior school. I usually try to see what the student really needs to work on to prepare my next lessons. I also don't use the same method for every student as I don't believe that one method works for everyone. In general, I try to use fun activities and games to keep the student interested in the subject.
Please note that every student is different and this is only a guide to how I teach. My teaching style is highly adaptable for each individuals needs. My lessons tend to be broken down into 3 sections allowing the student to slowly build their knowledge and understanding of each topic.
A language should be fun, interesting and enjoyable. For this reason, I try to make each lesson understandable, easy to digest and fun. I place a big emphasis on speaking as I felt that at school, I learned how to read and write but didn't ever practise speaking or listening.
I've been passionate about English literature for as long as I can remember and achieved an A grade in my Junior Certificate [GCSE equivalent] and an A1 in my Leaving Certificate [A-Level Equivalent]. I moved to Belfast and graduated from Queen's in May 2017 with a degree in English and history.
I usually start with basic questions to evaluate the level and the needs of the student (grammar, vocabulary, comprehension) and then try to provide exercises on an interesting topic to help improving general skills. I also like to end my lesson with a very short expression (oral or written) to practice.
Hello! I am currently a postgraduate student of Molecular Pathology of Cancer at Queen's University Belfast. Throughout my time at university, I came to understand that I retained the subject matter more efficiently when my lecturers took in to consideration the needs of their students. They encouraged my classmates and me to ask questions. This is how we learn. I would like my students to do the same. Ask as many questions as you like.

My teaching experience ranges from Primary Level Maths to Degree Level Maths. I am very adaptive to the students level of understanding. My teaching technique is to take care of all the students and move forward to next topics so that everybody are no same note. I use real time examples to make it easy for students to get connected to the complex topics.
In my tutoring sessions we will focus closely on the specification and past paper questions for your subject, so you will know exactly what the examiner is looking for and there will be no surprises on exam day. If there is a certain unit you are struggling with, we can look at it in detail using example answers and study materials. I am also happy to mark your own practice questions.
I teach all areas of Biology at all levels. I can go over basic concepts, or focus on specific areas you are having difficulties with. I can also help with homework, assignments, exam preparation, statistics, and anything else you like.
All teaching has to put the student first. I'll look to identify your strengths and targets for improvement, and prepare focused, student-centred lessons to improve the level of your skills and (just as importantly) your confidence, helping you to succeed.
I am originally from London but moved over to Northern Ireland to study a BSc in Mathematics at Queens University, Belfast. I am currently studying a Masters Degree in Data Analytics, also at Queens University. I have previous experience helping other students at the University to learn and understand Mathematics more clearly.
My teaching method varies, I like to get to know a bit about my students before I set any kind of program for them as it's important the student feels comfortable and able to keep up with the pace of the study program.
My teaching method is based on learner centred. Before starting each lessons I will illustrate to my students the aim and outcome of the lessons. At the end of each session I consolidate what the students learned from the session. My sessions are always very interactive.

I’m currently a first year English literature student. Reading and writing has always been a major part of my life and something in which I have been proficient since primary school.
My teaching method is really easy. We will work about real Spanish, face to face, we will speak, we will read and you do your homeworks in your house.
French is especially hard to get from reading, that's why it is critical to practice it often and to compare what is written to what is said; thus my method bases on plenty of reading to drive to plenty of speaking!
I have a very unique approach to teaching and learning, which stems from extensive research into learning methodologies and reflected through my success rates to date. My learning approach focusses on memory tricks and tips which allow students to retain information through fun and unique ideas.
I am an easygoing person and I am good at communicating with kids as well as adult students. I understand that patience is very important in the practice of teaching a foreign language. I can help you with your pronunciation, vocabulary as well as your writing skills. I can also teach you some typical Chinese idioms and poems if you want.
Combining motivational coaching techniques, I offer a fully engaging and personalised service. Typically, for a first session I undertake a comprehensive learning needs assessment, the results of which can be made available to the parent / guardian.
Personally, I prefer teaching by helping students understand the fundamental connections between different parts of maths and physics, thus helping them gain a holistic understanding of the content covered. To that end, I personally design plans for each student in order to help them understand the content better.
My teaching methodology would be to not only help students tackle the problems they face, but try and always aim for a broader comprehension of the specific subject we are looking at, and its connection with other subjects. By doing so, I aim to give valuable landmarks for mental navigation, and help students build up confidence in using Maths.
I will create a lesson plan based on your child's curiculum and work with them to find what methods help them to comprehend their work better. I will create worksheets and questions aimed at helping your child to progress throughout work and even surpass it.
