I think that each person has a different approach to languages. For this reason I try to adapt my teaching to the person. My methodology is focused in the use of the language as part of something alive and not too far away from the life of my students.
I focus on teaching maths in a simple manner that is easy to understand. I have spent years formulating teaching techniques to best tackle the syllabus in order to achieve success. Therefore, I know exactly what it takes to revise and prep for exams. Teenagers engage better when they can relate to their teachers and are inspired by them.
I have experience with teaching, particularly with children. I am very patient and careful to both piano technique and interpretation. I always teach the technique through musical interpretation, not the opposite, in order to develop mature musical skills from the very beginning.

Have you always wanted to make your own music or be able to use software to create your own sounds? I cover technical basics on using software such as Logic, Pro Tools, Garageband and Cubase etc., using MIDI and virtual instruments, sampling, mixing and mastering.
I teach with a personalised approach in a relaxed manner, making sure that pupils are learning at their own speed. Apart from the practical skills in playing the piano, I also like to make sure students can master score-reading, and to improve listening skills by listening to classical music.

I primarily teach undergraduate and master students. I first determine the level of knowledge a student possesses to which I tailor my approach, comprising of lessons, homework, intense revisions and more. I am a very enthusiastic, patient, attentive and creative teacher.
I work with each individual to find out their aims and their starting points and then draw up an individual action plan to be agreed with the pupil and his/her parents (if applicable). I can put together a series of sessions that work towards a specific examination goal or a series of sessions that develop fieldwork skills and that involve work out in the field.
I have a holistic teaching style that places equal emphasis on results and process. I believe that education should be an enjoyable and inspiring experience, so put a great deal of thought into how to make any subject fun and rewarding.
My teaching methodology is to teach specific skills/hacks that can speed up revision. I believe in efficient forms of revision and have learnt many different methods that work the best for me.
My teaching method differs with each student as each student has their own needs and learn at their own pace. For GCSE students I focus on exam questions and past papers in order for the student to gain exam technique.
I believe every student requires a different approach to reach their full potential. I therefore adapt my teaching style to meet the students needs. I like to focus on weaker areas and work on building confidence in using various mathematical methods. I provide exam techniques to help students tackle examination papers to obtain top results.
As for languages, such as English or Mandarin, I usually use authentic materials to demonstrate the target language and let students understand easily. As for Mathematics or Chemistry, I'll realize where students cannot understand, and find the best way to let them know how to modify.
I have taught young students for the most part, and am familiar with several coursebooks and different teaching approaches. I like to base mine on the students' needs. After an initial assessment, I take into account what the student expects from the course, their goals, and their learning habits.
Doctoral degree in Applied Maths, First class Maths(with Physics) graduate, all A's in A-levels subjects. I have had three school teaching placements and 8 years private tuition experience. Keen on teaching university and A level maths/physics. - Which subject(s) do you teach? Mathematics Physics - Tell me about your qualifications.
My teaching method is tailored to every student that I teach. I will generally employ a flipped lesson structure, with discussion followed by activities. I would be looking to teach undergraduate students (which I have done previously at university). I prefer to start my lessons slowly and cover the basic components of (i.e. economics principles) before exploring more advanced theoretical concepts.
Initially, I will ascertain the content that students are weak with, and then go through this content, in particular providing anecdotal references and real life examples, to help the student better understand the context. I then provide exam questions to consolidate the student's knowledge and provide feedback and continued practice.
I engage with the student to understand where they are currently having difficulties. I explain these concepts with anecdotal references to help the student put these into perspective.
I base my lessons questions focused and help the students pass first time. As I self studied my whole CIMA qualification I share the similar tips to my students to understand the concepts more and help them apply those in real life business scenarios. I do this for the passion of teaching than the any financial benefits so I take this very seriously and help the students do their best.
1. First I define the scope of the topic. 2. Relate the scope with real life examples to make you comfortable with the topic. 3. Check your level of your understanding. 4. Then emphasize on those factors which is causing you difficulty in understanding the topic. 5. Ask you to explain the concept as if I am 6 year old guy. 6. Then throw some interesting scenarios to test your understanding.
My teaching metodology is to enjoy a lesson with my student while learning new things. Every lesson is based on student's needs. Our every lesson includes reading, listening, grammar part and writing. Every my lesson is unique according to students needs.
I always start with assessment for learning - this isn't a formal test, but it helps me understand what the pupil already knows. Teaching the topic can be covered in a variety of ways with the idea of linking back to real life scenarios.
My lessons are personalised, adapted for every person/group. Student centred, mainly focused on communication skills, but always adapted to the student's needs, interests and aims.
