I remember struggling with homework and subject work owing to a lack of confidence, so here I am to help fill gaps and enable youngsters. I’m happy to be led by pupils and parents and can work in 30-45 minute sessions.
I believe that students have to learn with their own methods always with the help of a guide that makes them see what is better and what is worse. I like to create resources that help them and that are creative.
I use real life examples to relate Accountancy and Finance principles in order to ease the understanding process for the student. This is because the real life examples is experienced by most of the people hence, making sense out of it is very simple.
I approach each topic by getting a grasp on what the students' particular goals are, and then tailor-making our sessions to ensure that we reach them with time to spare! I'm friendly and patient, but I also require discipline from my students. The majority of the students that I have offered tutoring to have been high-school age, but I'm absolutely open to university level tutoring, too.
I connect body and mind and help you connect with a character in safe and fully embodied method. In Audition prep I can go through how to work on a monologue without a scene partner, how to capture the tone of the monologue and create an emotional arc in the monologue.
My teaching method is about joining different areas of learning. Classes are developed totally in Spanish, with additional english explanations when needed. Although my doctorate degree is in the fields of biomedical engineering, most parts of the research project were computer and software engineering related. To me, both disciplines are absorbing and interesting subjects, where there is always something new to learn.
I use an incremental structure to cover fundamental programming and software engineering topics. Alongside this, I provide content tailored to the student’s needs and interests; this often involves developing a fun and engaging project to consolidate the learning of fundamental concepts.

Hello, I’m a University student studying Biochemistry Msci. I am a very friendly person and have the ability to teach Biology and Chemistry to Higher Level and all core sciences at National 5 Level which include; Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics. Ever since being introduced to biology, physics and chemistry I have developed a passion for molecular and cellular science.
I begin any teaching process by making a student feel comfortable and identifying their weaknesses and strengths, from there we can achieve their goals and (more importantly) attain the required grades. I understand that not every individual has a natural affinity for English as a subject, but I believe that every student is capable of achieving an impressive grade in English.
I understand every student is unique, and all learn in their own ways. That is why I will be able to find out how they learn and what they would like to learn, so I can tailor each lesson specifically to them as well as creating plans to make the most of their potential.
I don't think you need to be intelligent to get grades, just show the same level of dedication in your work that I do. I don't believe in a lot of homework but just getting a grasp of the basics and going from there.
I firstly find out expectations, build trust and rapport and then find out students learning style. I am very adept at this because I have trained and mentored at work for years. It’s important to find out how the student is being taught and offer alternatives that may be easier to understand.
Class one would always be the overview where I would break down the subject in hand for you and explain you the crux , with every following class we would take one fragment and discuss it making it easier for you to understand and master the subject.
I believe the best method is to have as much fun as possible. I play games, use music and imagery wherever possible.
My teaching method is based on my assessment of the individual student's needs, which will depend on what, if any previous teaching they have had. Older students often have had lessons in the past and are returning to them and sometimes their previous experience has not been wholly positive. This can sometimes require careful handling, but the learning must be enjoyable.
I am currently doing my 3rd year of Applied Foreign Languages Bachelor. If you want to have a good moment while learning French, I am the one. Always keeping in mind that hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.
