Hi, I’m Pete, and I’m presently working at Birkdale, travelling to sunny Gainsborough for lots of GCSE poetry and prose ( who can tire of one's anthology of poems? Polite answers only, please), teaching Macbeth, IELTS ( there's always IELTS ), City and Guilds and the Weimar with a student from Sheffield High.
I'm a Postgrad student who is willing to teach students who are interesed in improving/learning English. I can help you improve your English language by giving advice and by continuous practice of writing and conversation. I'm able to offer online tutoring and also in person if the place is in walkable distance.
I will teach the perspective students by first offering some background knowledge on web development and the frameworks we are going to use, and then, I will be giving video tutorials for practical work. I will provide with relevant data and study materials as well.
I teach programming by first introducing the theoretical aspects and then jump into the practical part. I will give my own prepared notes and exercises to the students so they can look at the content in their own time and do the exercises on their own.
My methods are planed individually, according to each student-abilities and availability. Mostly is guided by the Susuki method. I am very approachable, and some few rules I have is to stop once you get tired (physically or mentally) and to try and play the piece that you would like to play.
Having being taught in many different settings with varying teaching methods, I would like to adapt what I have learnt to suit the needs of each student. Through explanations, drawing, (even dancing if I must), I want to help achieve the full potential of each student.

My lessons rely intensively on interaction with the student and are tailored to them based on their interests, level and abilities.
I believe that technique is the foundation on which all great musicians build their masterpieces on, therefore each lesson will begin with a quick technical exercise to both warm up and solidify those foundations.
In my experience teaching students must be able to understand four key concepts; 1. How to Play - how to physically play the guitar, the techniques involved and how to make the correct sounds with it 2. How to Understand - How to make the connection between the sounds you make and the music theory so that you can use them both to help you make better music 3.
My teaching method can vary, depending on experience of people I teach, I can be starting right at the beginning, or I can be starting in a different area if people just need to learn specific things, for example, setting up an email account.
The teaching method will depend on the students and on the requirements but I am also open to suggestions. As a tutor, I am very patient, friendly and passionate about the french language. French is a difficult language, even for french people!! However, I believe that being tutored by a french native will benefit the students greatly.
My teaching is both based on educational theory which is required to pass exams but also real industry experience so the learner can understand real life situations. Lesson structure is fluid and can be at the request of the student in order to fit the learnt material to the students needs.
Take individual background and history, tease out ambitions and skills and then apply ground rules for best approach to life skills and job hunting. Provide a structured lesson with real time practice with on-line and off-line tasks recorded on-line for future reference.
non-coercive and adaptive to the needs of the students. It is an exchange first, I am here to provide the knowledge my student seeks.
I believe that the best way to learn a new language is by speaking and listening to a native speaker as much as possible while gaining the writing and reading skills. Having conversations is the best way to learn new vocabulary every day.
Languages are very practical subjects and all lessons will be catered towards your individual levels. I like to start with introductions and gauge the level you are at and also work with you to identify any problems which you may have yourself! We will work through exercises, either through reading, or having scripted and non-scripted conversations.

I am a highly passionate and active musician/ composer, I think music theory is a very useful tool to understand and create music which is one of the reasons I enjoy teaching it. I am friendly and patient but also want people to achieve as much as they can.
Lessons from beginner to expert tailor-made to suit your abilities and interests I focus on practical teaching with lots of exercises as I believe we learn best by doing, and learning from our mistakes.
My teaching method is based on lots of practice questions and engulfing yourself into the subject in order to develop the passion and love for the subject. Speaking continuously in Spanish is important and I want to create an open atmosphere for that.
The best method of teaching depends a lot on your experience. For current players it is often best to look at examples of games you have played and then to pick up on common areas for improvement. For beginners, tuition is structured to cover the basic rules, moving on to more complex ideas around strategy and how to improve.
My teaching method is a communicative one, this is, to place the student within coloquial situations where the language is learnt as a natural response.
Guitar lessons should be a fun and rewarding experience and this is what I aim for in each lesson I teach. Whether you're just starting out or wanting to improve your playing, lessons can help get you on the right track. Lessons are suitable for all ages and abilities and designed around your goals.
I would like to get to know where my students are as far as their understanding of the subject goes, and I would like to be able to see how and where I'd be able to help them. I can teach remotely as well.
I would like to make lessons bespoke, and completely based around the pupil, for me this is the most important part, sometimes people don't just want to learn how to count to 10? or how to say Goodbye. People want and need actual scenarios that they will actually come across when speaking a second language.
My teaching methods are more didactic, I believe that the best way of learning a language is by speaking and listening to daily vocabulary. I choose my methods depending on the level of Spanish the student has, with grammar exercises to practice all the Spanish temps.
To be certain of the quality of our tutors and their teaching, we collect the reviews of all former students.

Perfect! Lucia is a very good teacher and with her help my Italian has got a lot better. At the beginning I couldn't speak much Italian but now I am able to have long conversations. The lessons are fun and relaxed but also very informative. I would recommend...
Perfect! I would highly recommend Lucia to anyone. She is an exceptional young woman who works hard to tailor her lessons to the needs of the student. She is quick to recognise the level of the student, and will conscientiously work towards improvement....
