I am an enthusiastic, approachable and patient tutor. I try to make all classes as interactive and as engaging as possible. I like to find out how you learn and then tailor the classes to you. I love the subjects I teach and I hope that comes through in my classes.
My teaching method is to firstly, listen to the exact and specific areas in which a student is struggling with, talking with them on why they are struggling and then explaining and working through the issue with the student together allowing them to ask as many questions and providing support.
Basically my methodology is to understand where my students need assistance or help and we face that area and address it at once. I could also give tests and exam to assess learning in my students with time. If the student makes use of any text book or material we can go through that as well as a tool to help the student connect with what is being taught more easily.
My usual methods is to firstly assess the level of my student, and adapt the lessons to his actual and current needs and level.
My sessions usually involve both subject knowledge and essay technique, as both are equally important in studying history and politics. My online lessons are very interactive and I adapt them according to each student's needs. I offer support to students through assessing their weaker points and helping to build on these and through developing consistency in exam and essay technique.
My focus is on practical Mandarin e.g. learning by conversation, discussing traditional Chinese philosophy application in today's world. I can expand into Chinese culture, economy and market. I can also help with homework for primary and secondary level. This is suitable for both children and adult.
While I'm happy to discuss my approach on a case-by-case basis, I broadly focus on two key areas: - Providing a full and structured understanding of the subject in hand, tailored to the examination or syllabus being studied.
I am married and live in Marlow with two children, attending Sir William Borlase and Great Marlow. Maths tutoring started with my own children and has paid off handsomely with the results they have achieved. - Which subject(s) do you teach? Mathematics at all academic levels, including certain Level 1 & 2 Open University Degree modules. - Tell me about your qualifications.
My pupils often describe me as ‘firm but fair’ with lessons that are fun. I believe children are most productive when they are enjoying themselves whilst being challenged. Any child can learn if they are taught in a way that is engaging to them and ensures that their strengths and weaknesses are identified.
I aim to open a student's mind to different ways of learning, use of memory, logic and critical thinking skills. I am determined, hardworking and positive and don't believe learning should be just work. I aim to make the lessons interactive, fun and informal.
my teaching is based on the child's weak point depending on what type of learner the child is i will work my way around to make them a happy kid and get all the details they need to learn and achieve
The classes will be different depending to the level of the student and what they want to learn as well as the type of approach that would be the most appropriate for them. This could be from solving doubts to explaining verbs or sentence structures all the way to getting into real life scenarios using the language.
My teaching method depends on the students learning style. I am able yo tailor lessons on areas which you need to be stronger at while simultaneously offering recap sessions. The most important thing is communication and collaboration.
I can teach from primary to degree level of Spanish. Usually people bring me the materials they are given at school so that I can work with them on that. If not I make a lesson plan to deal with what the student wants to learn such as verbs, speaking or listening tasks.
My teaching method is first to evaluate the level of the student. Secondly, give the basics of each topic and make funny practice lessons increasing the level of difficulty as the student boost their knowledge. Finally we face real problems to give an application to the knowledge that they got.
I approach my lessons based on the student's learning preference. If the student prefers learning through visuals, I will use images and videos. If the students prefers answering questions, I will ask open-ended questions such as what they notice from the question.

I have a very interactive teaching method whereby I like to encourage students to think for themselves and develop their own approach to learning, revising and answering exam questions. I also like to encourage discussions and debates with individual and groups of students to help critical thinking and development of arguments - particularly with essay based subjects.
I teach 11+ Creative Writing, helping students to organize and structure their ideas, plots, how to develop action and build up suspension and how to reach a satisfactory solution.
In order for a language to be taught, I think that the best method is constant oral practice. What matters is to keep the attention of students on what’s fun about French while also giving them the chance to start using the language right away. Using movies, TV shows or easy reads is essential. I usually like to use visual elements as well, colors and flashcards.
I tutor all primary pupils for all general subjects (English, Maths, Science, Handwriting, religious Studies). My teaching method is to start off by sharing my passion for learning. Making learning seem fascinating and not 'boring'. I want my student’s voice to be heard more than my own. This allows my students to not tune out and lose interest.
I am an encouraging and patient tutor. I do not force information on my students or expect them to understand content in an unreasonable time. Instead, I pride myself on being a good tutor by listening to my students and make the effort to explain content in different ways.
All academic services are provided by our consultants that have lived and received their post-graduate degrees in the UK or the USA, and hence who carry the title of ‘Doctor’. Students are informed in detail about the countries, universities and departments they wish to apply for.
I have learned over the year that everyone learns and studies differently and can study differently on different days. I think it is important to be flexible when teaching, what may work for one person may be completely alien to someone else. So my aim is to find out what works for each child and target the teaching to their strengths to build up confidence and help develop their knowledge.
My teaching methodology varies depending on the students. For example, if the student wants a book or already has a book, then for each class we'll study the book first and do some exercises and then have a conversation later; if the student do not have a book, then I'll make study materials for him/her based on his/her level, which includes vocabularies and grammars.
