Hi, I'm Megan and I give biology lessons to any GCSE pupil who needs some help with their studies. In our first session we will identify your areas of weakness and then gradually build up your confidence in these areas. I appreciate that everyone learns in different ways so I will adapt my sessions to suit your style of learning.
I have completed a Biomedical Sciences degree and am now studying a dentistry degree. I understand how difficult the subject of biology can be at any level, and so my aim is to first help generate a basic understanding of biology and then help you further develop this knowledge. I can adapt my teaching methods to your needs and how you prefer to learn.
I aim to find the areas you are struggling with and improve them through multiple teaching techniques including interactive tasks, verbal communication, written communication and practice exam work
My teaching method is to make my lessons fun and hands on. I encourage my students to take ownership of their learning by guiding them towards the required knowledge providing information and practical work that cements their learning. I encourage student participation in all lessons to ensure that learning is robust and encourages independent thought and linking of previous learning.
I offer 1 to 1, webcam, written, email and phone support lessons to support with L3 Nursing diploma, NEBDN qualification. I have templates, weblinks, charting exercises, resources. I also can come into the work place and observe you work and set you a personal development plan to get you where you need to be.
My teaching method is very simple and relative. I can teach up to year 10. I explain the subject in a way the student can imagine and structure the given concept and remember it for longer time.

My biology lessons will be based on understanding the content and not just remembering facts which is a big mistake many people make when learning biology since everything is connected in the subject from cell structures to division to natural selection. My teaching methods will vary and adapt depending on the student.
Hi! I am a young and enthusiastic science tutor, who would love to help students in any science subject from KS3 to KS5. I believe that it is much easier, and more interesting, to really understand science, rather than simply trying to learn it, and this reflects in my teaching style.
A fresh and novel approach to teaching science. Rather than mind-numbing textbooks and jargon, I focus to transmit a creative and imaginative method of teaching allowing students to discover their previously unknown potential. I'm easy going yet hardworking, and find the students ability to understand a topic and think for themselves to be the highest priority in my methods.
I am a final year student specializing in Biology up to AS-Level. I want to use my knowledge to supplement and accelerate the academic careers of pupils in Medway. I believe that students should be equipped with the skills to think and solve problems independently.
I am a very friendly and approachable person who is very passionate about helping young people to enhance their ability to succeed as individuals.
I'm an A-level student who has recently finished my own GCSE's, who can teach GCSE and Secondary school level Chemistry and Biology.
My teaching contains a lot of reading and communication. I belive that it's best for a person to understand the subject may it be maths or anything if the student can teach it back to me . With homework well as a student myself I would not load them with it if they are in year 11 as I to understand the stress. But I will do my best to ensure that the person whom I teach is doing here best.
My teaching methods depend on the student. Everyone learns in different ways and it's best to see which method suits each individual. I am very enthusiastic about my subject and feel I can explain quite complicated topics in an interesting and easy to understand way.
I am currently a 3rd year medical student so I have a very good understanding of the difficult areas of human biology and generally all aspects of biology having achieved A* at GCSE and B at AS. I teach based on the students strengths and weaknesses and progress with exam practice at the end of each lesson to perfect exam technique.
My teaching method is one that ensures the student receives maximum benefit from the classes. I create a relaxed environment where the student is encouraged to ask questions and drive the sessions to cater to their own queries and needs.
I'm a clinical researcher with a BSc in bioscience and a Msc in Molecular Medicine. I'm willing to teach up to degree level. I like my lessons to be interactive and fun. Hello, I'm a third year Biomedical science student. A typical lesson plan would start with going over the planned area to find out what is already known, and areas which could do with improving. Then with the use of visual aids etc, improve those areas. The lesson would then end with linking the subject to possible exam questions to ensure the learning can be applied.
As a current student, I understand that no two individuals are the same and therefore nobody has an identical study pattern. Knowing this the first thing I aim to do with each student is to identify their best method of studying. Once this is established I design each lesson specifically to meet the needs of the students. Together we set goals and will achieve them within a specific time frame.
