I have been a chef for 25 years and have been teaching for 15 years in various establishments, schools, colleges, and prisons. I am informal and make the lesson's enjoyable practical, teaching the basics from basic knife skills, stocks, sauces, soups, healthy dishes and anything the student would like to learn. I will also include nutrition and food safety in the lessons.

I like to teach people with a step by step method, telling them why the water has to be boiling before they put certain vegetbles in and why others are cooked in cold water, i find breaking cooking down makes it much easier for people to learn.
