I base my teaching methods on the student once finding out exactly what they aim to achieve from our sessions, and once learning what their weaknesses are in regards to studying History. I prefer the methods of Plato who engaged his Students in Discussion and shared experiences. I have also given lectures. On-line Study is useful when Students are from further afield. Sometimes it is beneficial to involve the teacher and the pupils in experiential scenarios.
