My teaching methods are almost nothing like a classroom's. I start by assuring my students that the concepts they may find impossible are actually quite simple with the proper techniques, the right mindset and enough practice. I try my best to explain the textbook methods, then I introduce students to my ways and/or shortcuts.
My teaching method is to go through a topic in detail until the student is confident with the particular topic and then work on answering different questions on that topic. I also like to recap past topics at the beginning of the lesson to ensure that topics are not forgotten.
I like to teach following the school curriculum, but i love to give live examples, specially in Physics.I encourage my students to challenge the principles, laws and theories, and then come full circle in realising why they are actually true. This in my opinion helps establish fundamentals as the students buys into them, rather than just accept it on face value.
My teaching method is very straightforward which is getting the children i teach to do as many practice questions as possible as general knowledge is not sufficient enough to get A's and A*'s.
My teaching method depends on individual basis. I like to tailor my teaching style to meet the individual’s need the best and there is always room for some fun and things can get a little dull for example a little play.
My teaching method is basic oriented, teach every subject in detail so student get strong command over subject, easy learning
I use the national curriculum to get the base of my lessons but then find a range of resources to make them more exciting. I teach up to year 6. I'm a fun, bubbly teacher that cares about her children's education she teaches.
I want to teach primary aged pupils as i'm currently in secondary school and based on experience by teaching my brother(yr2),I ask him what he is studying currently in school then teach him the topic if he is unsure of what he has learned in school before giving him a attempt out of textbook questions.
Each 1 hour session is structured out as the followig: 10mins homework review (of previous week's h/w); 10mins Starter (basic exercises); 30mins main exercise (intermediate and advanced tasks). 10mins homework explanation and questions at the end. Support is given at every stage.
My lessons will consist of a brief lecture which concerns a physical, real world problem. Together with the students, we will dissect the real world phenomenon under study and at the same time teach the theory required to solve the problem. This way they understand why they are learning what they're learning and will naturally be able to apply their theory to many other things much more fluently.
All tutors have an impressive education but I believe excellent communication skills are what makes a tutor great. I’m constantly praised for my approachability and ability to get on with my students.
I have my own skills in learning mathematics. I have been learning mathematics since from 10 years. I can help the student to understand the mathematical questions easily and help him to appy logics and solve the problems in easy ways.
I adapt the teaching to the method at which the student learns best (e.g. exam questions, graphically). Together we can come up with a study plan (for example a timetable leading up to notable exams).
I’ll begin at the beginning of each topic using GCSE revision books as a guide providing the student i am tutoring needs to go over or learn these topics. I’ll set my students homework/tasks for when i next see them.
My teaching method is to make sure the foundations are covered and then expand from there. I try to ensure your method is perfect and correctly presented to avoid silly mistakes.
My approach is to make sure the student feels comfortable and passionate about what they studying. This way I know they retain the information and can build on their learning to be great innovators.
My teaching method is tailored towards the individual student. In general, I like to use a slow, methodical approach with lots of examples and analogies. I also use informal assessment techniques to test understanding such as practice questions. Throughout the sessions I will ask verbal questions to confirm knowledge and test comprehension.
My teaching method is very simple.when a student come to me with problem I don't start to solve problem.firstly I explain why problem arises. I am very good at explaining mathematics in different ways so as to enable the student to understand. I like to have relaxed tutorials so that the student feels comfortable to ask questions.
I don’t know what it is but it’s your gonna was the best day to uuse I love it and it was a lot better
I will base my classes on the school program which I am familiar with for both English and French school. Having done GCSEs and IB (equivalent qualification to A Levels) I know the program well and am able to pass on advice from my personal experience.
My first priority is that the student understands the concept and not just the problem type. Once a student understands the concept he/she will be able to tackle any problem. To ensure this, I prefer coming up with my own questions for the students which will have a slightly different format then they're used to.
I base my teaching on a coversation with my student(s). Then I adapt a lesson plan based on that. I give the student(s) quizzes to determine progress and to learn the areas that I need to go over. I usually use past GCSE papers to make the quizzes.
I would like to give my classes to any student on the education level of GCSE or lower. My methods will be to go over your weaknesses and try to develop them into your strengths. I will try to teach students the easiest way of understanding methods and how to apply them in certain questions.
I've previously prepared year2 and year6 children to prepare for SATs and I've done this by preparing them with past papers, marking them and going over topics they're unsure of and other topics they request help with.
My teaching method is finding the students way of problem solving and adapting the method to solve exam questions to their problem solving method and not forcing students to use a method they might not understand fully. Doing this will involve past paper questions, red amber green topics that are upcoming in the students examinations.
i like to create a friendly environment and help my students think and understand the entire concept
I am proud of my excellent teaching methods and I am passionate about working with pupils to achieve success. - Which subject(s) do you teach? My specialised areas include Maths, Numerical Reasoning, Verbal reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning. - Tell me about your qualifications. I am professionally qualified as Master in Engineering (MEngg), Research (University College London).
My methodology is listening to what the student thinks they need help with, then identifying any further gaps in knowledge they may have. Once a proficient understanding of the subject is gained, we will work on polishing their workings.
I tutor middle and high school students, I find areas which proves to be difficult to them and break it down into easy understandable steps making it easy for them to assimilate ,I am easy going and very easy to approach
My teaching methodology is based majorly around communication with the student. Topics are covered by explaining with personal examples, answering any questions the student may have. This is then consolidated by giving exam style questions to the student. I would like to see what the student knows first in order to efficiently teach what they have weak points in.
