I believe in teaching students theory to get an initial understanding of a topic, followed by practicing exam style questions to apprehend the format of the exam and what is required of them.
I am more of a facilitator; my aim is to create more independent learners. I use differenciation in my classroom to tap into the need of all my learners. this methodology is used during lesson time (by questioning), during activity time (by task).
I am a experienced teacher. My teaching method is to improve students’ understanding on basic maths and improve their problem solving skills.
I tutor one to one and to small groups in a warm and welcoming environment. I have great empathy and really get to know my pupils, tailoring a program of learning to meet individual needs. Learners build confidence and achieve their true potential. - Which subject(s) do you teach? 11+ Exam preparation Maths and English - Tell me about your qualifications.
I focus mostly on answering all questions you have whilst making sure to the up all loose ends elsewhere
My main teaching method for maths is past paper questions and going over certain topics found difficult within the past paper in an individualistic way
I would mostly base my class upon what my students know and steadily work our way towards “x” the unknown
I have 2 masters degree, one in information Technology, another in MBA. my first degree is in engineering. I can teach mathematics from primary level to sixth form students. I prefer teaching students and explaining using many examples. I like students to have hands on experience in solving questions.

Need help with confidence, or need to improve your grades for GCSE or A level Maths /Further? I would love to help. - Which subject(s) do you teach? I teach Maths at GCSE and Maths/ Further Maths at A-Level. - Tell me about your qualifications.
A self-driven and focused individual with Excellent mathematics and analytical skills. I am looking to take student working towards a GCSE in Mathematics and A Levels. I believe in teaching the fundamentals and then practising a lot of questions. I believe in Interactive learning and Learning a cool relaxed method makes knowledge stick.
In my opinion, structure is so important when it comes to learning. I think its imperative to set out our objectives clearly and use examples alongside explanations to make sure that topics are fully understood. The key to Maths is practice, practice, practice so seeing plenty of examples is a priority.
I base my teaching on specific areas which the student has been struggling on in class. I will give them a practice question, which they will have some time to complete on their own, before I ask them to explain their methodology to me. If the answer is correct, I will show them a better way to do it, or simply increase the difficulty.
my methodology varies depending on preferences and schedules. i am open to individual tutoring or group tutor at your home or somewhere convenient. Class exercise, example and assignments are a part of my teaching methods.
My teaching methodology is an experience based method and breaking down the information into basic concepts. I approach each topic on what you will need to know and then challenge based on the level you wish to achieve. I give lessons to those of GCSE level.
My teaching method is to be very interactive with my student at all times but also to test their knowledge so I can get a clear understanding of what they are struggling with. I usually like to start of with much easier topics then we can work our way to the harder ones but if you put your mind to it nothing is hard but more of a challenge.
My aproach is teaching the methods and topics that are covered at school which are on the curriculum. I go over methods used at school to help children gain a better understanding.
I tend to start by introducing the methodology and testing the methodology as my student would be tested to boost confidence and understanding on their part
I provide lessons to students wanting to progress in their mathematics. I am very easy going and have great reasoning skills. I feel your child will attain their goals with good understanding.
I am a University student, who gives lessons to A-Level and GCSE students in Maths, Physics and Chemistry, as well teaching Maths for any level below GCSE(e.g SATS, 11+, KS3, KS2). I as a teacher work hard to understand how my student learns most efficiently, whether that be through doing lots of questions, a more visual or practical approach.
Before a tutorial, I will ask a student to tell me areas they are struggling with or would like me to cover in particular. I will begin the tutorial with a brief run through of chosen topics, making sure to highlight key equations or concepts, going into depth with parts the student highlights as problem areas. After this, we will typically run through practice exam questions.
For my first lesson, I will test the individual to see what areas need more work and I will tailor my lessons around it. I will also make sure the grades in the other topics will be upkept. Every tutee will be taught with a range of resources.

My main teaching method is one to one tution where i will stand up and explain the method in which i would like my student to complete the work, once i have done this we will do examples until i think he/she has understood me, followed by numerous practise questions and exam papers to be completed independently which can then be used to do corrections together, focusing on what the student has...
My teaching method is yet to be improved by experience, as I like to insure those learners understand each topic in depth
I followed the UK carriculm of all the exam boards and eplained the topics and given practice questions for understanding the topics
