I have been providing teaching services to primary and secondary school pupils since 2016. My teaching methodology has few approaches as explain below: 1. Organise style (Well prepare to deliver the lesson in advance) 2.
My teaching method is very unique & suits each individual depending on their topics which they would like to focus on & I always ask them to do homework in order to understand their work so they can come out with the best grades possible
I like to use a bit of psychology and interaction, i like to know what the students like, and build my lessons around what they already understand and love. My students are mostly from Year 11 and below. I always love to teach with a smile and if i can, get them to smile as well.
I am willing to provide lessons up to A Level. To start, I will make sure I am first familiar with each student's exam board. I will then begin with the absolute basics and make sure students have a clear understanding of the subject area as it is broken down before going more in-depth.
I always relate everything I teach to the specific specification for the exam and ensure every part of the specification is known thoroughly. I am very friendly and approachable and I am always focussed on Improving grades. I create my own resources for my students including flash cards and power-points as well as online quizzes. I am a fully qualified teacher with 14 years experience.
I feel confident teaching classes up to and including A level students. I like to start by focusing on areas that students struggle with and finding a way to make it easy to understand before going on to practice. For GCSE and A level students I often find completing a past paper in the subject is the best way to identify areas which need improving.
I take a different approach to teaching each individual, finding something that works for each of my students, teaching using the bests method for them. I try to incorporate my students interests where possible to help them engage with the subject matter better.
I have a deep understanding in both maths and physics and so the methodology I use when teaching is by explaining the very foundation of the subject and understanding it fully, you can then build your knowledge from there so that students will even be able to use logic to work out even the hardest of problem solving questions and topics.
I assess and tailor each lesson based on what my student needs. Firstly, I assess what they need help with and design a teaching plan. I teach topics that they require help with and pick up topics that I feel they need to work on. I teach according to their syllabus with regular assessments. I set homework every week and go over any questions they need help on.
My teaching method is to go through a subject's topics one at a time, starting with teaching the information of the topic, then working through questions to perfect question rhetoric and understanding. I am a very friendly tutor, and also very patient and willing to help with any individualistic GCSE struggles, even such as stress.
I personally base my method of teaching as being a student my self, and understand from a students point of mind what it takes and what i would need to understand a topic simply and quickly. I make it fun, enjoyable and i am very good at what i do.
I'm a 4th year undergraduate Physics student at the University of Manchester. I'm also a creative person, I play piano, produce music and DJ. My teaching method revolves heavily around problem solving- if a new topic is being covered I'd use a variety of sources and media to get across the key principles, followed by some example worked problems.
My teaching method is to give a general understanding of the topic and to follow it up immediately with questions focused on targeting those areas to identify weak areas of understanding. I feel like this method helps build a robust understanding of the topics covered.
Able to teach mathematics from basics before GCSE level all the way to A level. Before the lesson even starts I would gain a grasp of the student's prior knowledge on the topic and consolidate any gaps in knowledge before presenting new ideas. My personal aim is to not just learn the content but understand and apply to unusual situations as per any examinations.
I found that students learn best when being led by example. For this reason, each topic is started from basics and worked upward at their pace. After setting the example solutions, more questions are set to ensure thorough understanding. I am very patient, so you will not leave the lesson confused. Any difficult questions can be prompted by me, after your own attempts.
Find out the level my student is at and understand where there strengths and weaknesses lie. This may be done through looking at a question or asking the student what they already know about the topic we're covering in that session. Then slowly work through the topic or question ensuring the student understands why each step is taken not just what each step is.
My teaching method relies on honesty between student and myself, I am able to teach from basic levels to advance level, strengthening the student's foundation or building upon already established knowledge. I am willing to make sessions tailor- made to the student's exam board. I like to use a variety of tests to gain an accurate on the student's ability and development.
I will base my teaching methods on the academic level of the tutee, I am patient, I can be formal or informal depending on how you want to be taught. I can answer any question within the Maths and Physics range.
Tutorial Structure Tutorials will be carried out in the interactive work space and involve face-to-face online discussion with a writing tablet as an aide. My approach to tutoring is a flexible one.
I can take the student through step by step examples of the most topics offering example problems. My main aim as a tutor is to make the student think like a physicist. Willing to tutor for A-level students or bellow.
I work by first assessing your learning style, where you currently are, where you want to be to, and the most effective route to get there. I use this to tailor my tutoring style to you, helping you to get the most out of our sessions.
I start classes by asking what areas the student is struggling with. I explain the basic concepts pertaining to the problem area and then go through questions with them on that subject until they are comfortable enough to approach the problem by themselves, explaining more complicated concepts when crossed upon.
Overall, the student is the most important part of the teaching process and my methodology heavily reflects this. My lessons are loosely structured around a repeated cycle of careful, patient explanation and discussion of the ideas underpinning the material, followed by a short but methodical example and finally asking the student to lead me through a few more examples themselves.
I like to set goals for the session. Teach or review the content then assess what my pupils' have learnt by looking at exam questions. I am flexible with my teaching approach as everyone learns at a different rate and in a different way.
I tutor everything in your course in a logical and easy to understand way. I base my classes on teaching methods that are effective and I approach each problem in such a way that the student understands. I recommended that students ask me questions when they don't understand. All pupils leave with an improved understanding, which is proven by my previous students success.
I like to be receptive of which concepts are confusing other students and offer alternative ways of addressing the confusion. By exploring topics from various angles, students tend to find one which suits them best. Tackling challenging questions also helps.
I can teach GSCE and A-Level students. My teaching style is to write notes for the students during the lesson as we go through topics and ensure they understand what i have taught them by giving them past paper questions.
I am giving lessons in Physics and Maths up to GCSE. The techniques I use are: to go through the theory behind a topic and then go through the specific methodology of completing related questions. Then allow the student to attempt similar questions to ensure they understand the information.
I am going to be teaching students that will be taking their GSCEs next year and students in KS3, who will be preparing to take their GCSE courses. My teaching method is simple yet effective. I plan to go through the topics making sure that they understand the basics in the first part of their lesson.
I adapt my teaching method to how the person prefers to learn, after all we don't all learn the same way. I tend to see what they would like help with and what they already understand. This way I can make the lessons better for the person and more helpful to give a more detailed lesson.
