My teaching methods differ from person to person. I tend to ask the individual how they prefer to learn, and if they don't know, try out a couple of methods until we find the right one. I usually give a 'recap' at the end of each of my sessions to go over the main points.
I teach in various methods and in a way that suits the individual learner.
I consider the most important part of learning statistics is to build important skills that are transferable, not just applied to psychological research.
My teaching methodology would be mostylu on understanding the content and exam practice. Also, identifying what the student is struggling with an help in those areas. I would like to teach GCSE level and A level for Spanish however for history I would only teach the topic of Nazi Germany as it is what I did my A Level on and i am most confident with.
My teaching method is student oriented and based on any issues/questions that the student may have. I like to clearly explain a certain area and then ask questions based on my explanation in order to consolidate and validate learning. I am a patient and freindly teacher.
I start off my tutoring by finding the method that best suits each of my students, for me it took a while to realise this but when I did I caught on much quicker. Then when this is established we go through each area at a time and use example work to see where it's going wrong and build up confidence and key skills to remember that will come in handy during exams.
My teaching method centers around understanding why, which is often a part of content that teachers skip over. Understanding why the content is what it is is vital to consolidate a proper understanding of the relevant subject.
I am an experienced and motivational tutor with a proven record of success. I am innovative and always try to make my lessons interesting. I have taught at most academic levels from secondary to undergraduate and also in alternative settings such as PRU's and special need schools. I am experienced in behaviour management and always try to be inclusive and understanding of my students needs.
My teaching method varies with each individual, I start the tutoring by understanding how the individual learns using validated tools to understand learning, working and communication styles. From then, I adapt my style to fit the individual so they can get as much from the sessions as possible.
My teaching method is a more traditional academic route, using abbreviations and word play to help remember important information, alongside exam practices and question papers.
